THE ECO TERRAZZO TIMBER
A sheet material composed of end-grain wood chips made from offcuts, wood dust, plaster waste, and 0% bio-based resin. It is a durable and versatile material that can be
adapted to suit each project.
It is suitable for all interior surfaces, including wall panels, table tops, counter tops and flooring.
We use large amounts of planning waste and wood dust in our sheets to add a gentle speckle and pleasant warmth; essential for the timber terrazzo aesthetic.
The layer is composed of 85% recycled content sourced as offcuts, wood waste from timber merchants or sawmills and plaster waste from foundries. The binder is composed of plaster waste, wood dust, pigment, and 0% VOC bio-based epoxy resin.
We envision a world where all building materials are made from waste streams, where it is no longer necessary to scar the landscape with quarries and oil wells,
and where every project is Waste Negative.
The timber terrazzo can replace harmful materials such as stone, plastics, and solid surfaces in projects and allow carbon to be captured for years to come.
